Room rules
We are committed to the environment. If you put your towels in the bathtub, we will change them. If you hang them on the towel rack, we know that you will use them again.
On the doorknob of your room you will find the "do not disturb" sign. In case you do not want us to clean your room, please hang the "do not disturb" sign on the outside of the door.
The cleaning service is performed daily between 09:00 and 15:30. If you want it to take place at a specific time, please do not hesitate to notify the reception.
Kindly do not hang clothes or towels over the railing of the terrace of your room.
It is not allowed outdoor use of towels or other clothing in the room.
In case of any anomaly in your room, we kindly ask you to notify reception so that they can inform the technical service department and can solve the incident as soon as possible.
